Survey: Expand Medicaid Only After Reforms Completed

Medicaid expansion should only take place after real reforms are made to the federal health program for the poor and uncertainties surrounding expansion are eliminated, according to a new public opinion survey released by the Thomas Jefferson Institute. The Institute sponsored the survey with the Liberty Foundation and is the result of 1465 telephone response surveys conducted between July 10 and July 14, and the results have a margin of error of plus or minus 2.56%.
